Economics Position, Fall 2016

The Department of Economics and Business invites applications for a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor for one year position beginning fall 2016. The position can be extended for one more year but subject to budget approval. We are looking for candidates with teaching experience in principles of economics and applied courses that would be of interest to both our economics and business majors. Prior teaching experience is highly desirable. Normal teaching load is two courses each quarter, with three quarters/year.  PhD preferred; advanced ABDs considered.  Candidates must demonstrate a genuine desire to teach and participate fully in a liberal arts environment that emphasizes close student-faculty interaction.
